With over 50 Premier Classes offered between both clubs each week, there’s something for everyone—whether you’re just starting out or looking to switch things up.

At Zone East, you can choose from CrossFit, DEKA, and starting August 4, our newest addition: TRX Pilates. This new class blends Pilates-inspired movement with TRX suspension training for a fun, low-impact workout that still brings the burn.

In each class, you’ll be supported by expert trainers and a community that cheers you on. Our small-group setting makes it easier to get guidance, stay motivated, and see real progress—without the pressure.
