BARRE 360 its exactly that… a high energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, lift your glutes, tone and tighten all right areas. Utilizing a ballet barre or chair this class incorporates isometric movements of pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training.
Butts and guts is a special focus class just for your lower body! Sculpt, shape, and strengthen your abdominal, buttock, and thigh muscle groups in this targeted, high-impact workout. This class will strengthen and tone all your core muscles, working on the back, butt and thighs in particular.
Cardio combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed and energetic. A combination of martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
A PARTY on the dance floor! Mixing the latest music with fun and quick dances while adding the extra level of fitness.
Total body stretch class. Great for relaxing, stretching and lengthening tight muscles. One of the greatest benefits of stretching is that you are able to increase your range of motion, which means your limbs and joints can move through a greater range, keeping injuries away.

A weight training class for all levels. This form of weight lifting will make you tone, lean and fit! Utilizing light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions. This class gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.
Indoor cycling with a twist. A heart pumping ride that provides high-energy workouts that burn calories and improve endurance, strength and clear your mind. This interval-based class combines light weight training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body. Both, low and high intensity modifications are provided throughout the class.

Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. This aerobic fitness program features movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
